*For an update on this episode, particularly for an apology regarding Luc's racist comments, please listen to Episode 56*
In this week's news Stevie and Luc look at how inadequate animal protection laws are. The website they review for Cool Shit is vegankit.com, a valuable abolitionist resource for those thinking about going vegan or who are new to veganism. In AR101, they deconstruct the terrible essay that appeared in the Brisbane times which attempts to answer the question 'Is it morally wrong to eat animals' (Hint: Straw man fallacies abound in this trite little essay!).
